I believe in real food and the power of balance.
For as long as I can remember, digestion was a struggle—pain after eating, discomfort, irregularity. I became irritable, but I assumed it was normal. Like so many people, I thought, this is just how it feels after eating. And maybe, I told myself, it was my fault for eating too much.
Through years of trial and error, one thing became clear:
THE MORE I PAID ATTENTION TO HOW FOOD AFFECTED MY BODY, THE BETTER I FELT.
That awareness led me to a surprising discovery—sugar was a bigger culprit than I realized. I had already cut out obvious sources, but I learned I could go further. By making smarter choices and balancing my macronutrients, I helped my body process carbohydrates more efficiently. And for the first time, I felt in control of my energy, digestion, and overall well-being.
That’s what inspired me to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). I wanted to take my knowledge beyond personal experience and help others find relief, too. I’m certified through the Nutritional Therapy Association, recognized by the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP), and a licensed instructor of The RESTART® Program.
Now, I help people like you connect the dots between food, symptoms, and energy—using nutrient-dense, whole foods and simple lifestyle shifts to get to the root cause of what’s holding you back. You don’t have to guess your way through this. I’m here to help.
